F H Ives Ltd (Fred’s Timber Yard) is a traditional Timber merchant based in Wickford, Essex.  Established in the 1940’s by Fred Henry Ives, the family business is now in its third generation.  We pride ourselves on offering both traditional and modern day timber products with good old fashioned customer service.  Our knowledgeable team of staff have over 150 years combined experience with us.

We have our own on-site Mill to ensure a speedy turnaround of sawn timber and deliver wood daily, not just to Wickford but also Basildon, Rayleigh, Billericay and the surrounding areas. Alternatively, you can visit our Timber Yard and collect your goods; our staff will even help bring your timber to your vehicle.
